摘要
为了分析导电油墨与承印基材的接触性能,提高油墨的导电性,本文根据润湿理论建立了计算不同粗糙度固体表面的接触角和接触半径的经验公式,分析了油墨在不同粗糙度PET表面的接触角和接触半径变化规律。通过接触角测试实验,得出不同粗糙表面的油墨的接触角和接触半径计算。结果表明:经验公式可以准确描述不同粗糙表面接触角和接触半径,可以将未打磨的PET基材看作理想光滑的表面。基材表面越粗糙,油墨的润湿性越好,墨滴的高度越小。基材的表面粗糙度大于3.5μm时,接触角和接触半径变化迅速,液滴高度变化迅速,对印刷质量影响较大。
In order to analyze the contact performance between conductive ink and substrate,and improve the conductivity of the ink,this article establishes an empirical formula for calculating the contact angle and contact radius of solid surfaces with different roughness based on wetting theory.The variation law of the contact angle and contact radius of the ink on PET surfaces with different roughness is analyzed.And the contact angles and contact radius of different rough surfaces were measured using experimental methods.The results indicate that empirical formulas can accurately describe the contact angles and contact radius of different rough surfaces.Unpolished PET substrate can be regarded as an ideal smooth surface.The rougher the surface of the substrate,the better the wettability of the ink,and the smaller the height of the ink droplets.The surface roughness of the substrate is greater than 3.5μm,the contact angle and contact radius change rapidly,and the droplet height changes rapidly,which has a significant impact on printing quality.
