摘要
根据渠江风洞子航运工程闸坝过流面C35机制砂抗冲耐磨混凝土的设计要求,将一种优质机制砂与一种普通机制砂按不同比例混合,得到不同粒级机制砂。在石粉含量11.5%~19.1%内,研究机制砂抗冲耐磨混凝土的物理特性、工作性能、力学性能及抗冲耐磨性能的变化规律,得到闸坝工程抗冲耐磨混凝土用机制砂的最优掺和比例及对应的石粉含量,为合理利用资源、配制优质的机制砂提供参考价值,给同类工程提供借鉴意义。
According to the design requirements of C35 machine-made sand concrete with the characteristic of anti-scour and wear-resistant for the flow surface of the gate and dam of Qujiang Fengdongzi Shipping Project,a kind of high-quality machine-made sand is mixed with a common machine-made sand subject to different proportions to obtain the machine-made sands with different particle gradations.Based on the stone powder content within the range of 11.5%~19.1%,the above specific concrete were studied from the aspects of physical&mechanical properties,work performance,anti-scour and wear resistance,including the rule of change in the factors.The research results show the optimal blending ratio and the corresponding stone powder content for machine-made-sand anti-scour and wear-resistant concrete used in water gate and dam,which will provide a reference for the rational use of resources,the preparation of high-quality machine-made sand,and has directive to similar projects.
