摘要
依托某海港LNG码头工程,从分析海水腐蚀环境出发,结合码头结构耐久性要求,介绍了钢管桩牺牲阳极阴极保护系统的设计过程、牺牲阳极材料及类型的选取、各参数的计算方法、施工工艺流程、焊接施工质量检验及系统保护效果检测。重点阐述了通过减小牺牲阳极与被保护钢结构之间的距离、适当增加小规格牺牲阳极重量的设计优化方式,达到满足设计年限要求、节省工程投资、方便安全施工的目的,为类似工程的设计、实施与检测提供参考依据。
Based on a LNG terminal project,the analysis of seawater corrosive environment is combined with the durability requirements of wharf structure to illustrate the design process of sacrificial anode cathodic protection system for steel pipe pile,the selection of sacrificial anode materials and types,the calculation methods for each parameter,construction process,the inspection of welding quality and system protection effect.In addition,the design is optimized by reducing the distance between sacrificial anode and the shielded steel structure,and increasing the weight of small-size sacrificial anode,which meets the requirements of service life,lowers the project investment,maintains the safety and convenience of construction,and provides a reference for the design,execution and detection of similar projects.
