关于交通水运建设中有关招标问题的探讨

随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立和制度的逐步完善,交通基础设施建设发展迅速,尤其是水运工程建设。水运工程建设是影响水运工程质量的重要环节,但是由于社会主义市场经济尚处于不断完善的过程中,水运基础设施建设投资规模大、建设工作繁重。改革开放以来,水运工程招投标制度实现了不断发展与完善,但仍有一些关键问题存于水运建设项目的招标活动中,亟待采取可行措施进行解决。鉴于此,本文将针对交通领域水运建设项目招标中存在的一些问题展开深入剖析,并提出了相关的应对措施。希望能为规范招投标活动,促进水运建设健康发展提供理论依据。

By gradually improving and establishing socialist market economy system,transport infrastructures develop rapidly,especially waterway transport works,which is an important factor affecting the quality of waterway transport works.However,socialist market economy still needs further improvement,waterway transport infrastructures require large investment and lead to heavy construction.Since China’s reform and opening-up,the bidding policies covering waterway transport works have been continuously developed,but some key problems still exist and need to be solved.In the case,in-depth analysis is carried out for the above mentioned problems,and relevant countermeasures are put forward.The research may provide a theoretical basis for standardizing bidding activities and healthy development of waterway transport industry.
