摘要
希望感是积极心理状态的一种表现形式,对高职学生的成长和发展起着重要的作用.通过叙述希望感的观念和重要性,结合积极心理学在教育领域的应用,探讨学生个体气质、个人性格、个人经历经验、家长教养方式、同辈群体、社会环境、网络环境等影响因素对希望感的作用,介绍可行的方法和策略,包括加强以自我认识为目的的教育引导、开设以积极心理学为基础的相关课程、开展以提升效能感为核心的社团活动、打造以朋辈帮扶为主体的积极生态圈、开发以家校联合为延伸的全新格局以及充分利用以社会环境和网络环境为载体的教育资源等途径,旨在帮助高职学生提高希望感.
A sense of hope is a manifestation of a positive psychological state and plays an impor-tant role in the growth and development of vocational college students.By describing the concept and importance of the sense of hope and combining the application of positive psychology in the field of edu-cation,this paper discusses the effects of six major factors on the sense of hope such as the students’in-dividual temperament,personal character,personal experience,parents’parenting styles,age grade,so-cial environment and network environment and introduces feasible methods and strategies including strengthening the education guidance aimed at self-awareness,offering relevant courses based on posi-tive psychology,conducting club activities centered on improving efficiency,creating a positive ecosys-tem with peer assistance as the main body,developing a new pattern with family school cooperation as an extension and fully utilizing educational resources carried by social and online environments to help vocational college students increase their sense of hope.
