摘要 在全球产业链低碳化、区域化、短链化的背景下,国际产业链体系正发生深度演变,中国“双碳”战略引发了新一轮能源革命,产业链绿色转型正是抢抓全球低碳经济发展新机遇的主动作为。文章立足于绿色产业链的科学内涵,研究全球产业链绿色转型大趋势,探寻中国产业链绿色转型存在的重要机遇,分析“双碳”窗口期下中国产业链绿色转型面临的现实困境,提出中国产业链绿色发展的优化路径选择,这对于稳妥有序地推进产业深度转型升级,抢占未来发展制高点,实现经济价值与生态价值统一,优化产业生态具有重要的战略意义,也为中长期中国产业链安全治理明确了方向和重点。 Under the background of low carbonization,regionalization and short chain of global industrial chain,the international industrial chain system is undergoing in-depth evolution,Chinas“dual carbon”strategy has triggered a new round of energy revolution,the green transformation of industrial chain is the initiative to seize the new opportunities of global low-carbon economic development.Based on the scientific connotation of the green industry chain,this paper studies the general trend of global industrial chain green transformation,explores the im-portant opportunities for the green transformation of Chinas industrial chain,analyzes the practical difficulties faced by the green transformation of Chinas industrial chain under the“dual carbon”window period,and puts for-ward the optimization path selection of the green development of Chinas industrial chain.This has important strate-gic significance for steadily and orderly promoting the deep transformation and upgrading of the industry,seizing the commanding heights of future development,achieving the unification of economic value and ecological value,and optimizing the industrial ecology,which also clarifies the direction and focus for the medium and long-term se-curity governance of Chinas industrial chain.
