聚孚树脂加筋层对沥青路面补强作用的研究与应用

Research and application of reinforcement effect of polymer reinforced layer on asphalt pavement

针对沥青路面耐久性和耐老化性能差,平整度保持性差以及面层沥青软化后易形成车辙、推移拥包等问题,本文对聚孚树脂加筋层中聚孚树脂和聚酯浸油加筋布2种高性能材料的技术指标进行了分析;通过力学分析得到了聚孚树脂加筋层的等效沥青混凝土面层厚度;并与常规加筋材料从加铺方案及锤击、碾压、车辙、层间结合力试验等方面进行了综合对比.研究结果表明,在沥青路面中铺设聚孚树脂加筋层可有效地对沥青柔性路面进行补强,从而可提高路面抗车撤、抗裂缝能力,达到节约工程造价、延长沥青路面使用寿命的目的.

In view of the poor durability and aging resistance of asphalt pavement,poor evenness retention,and the formation of rut and push pack after asphalt softening,this paper analyzes the technical indexes of two kinds of high performance materials,poly resin and polyester oil impregnated reinforced cloth.Through mechanical analysis,the equivalent asphalt concrete surface thickness of polymer resin reinforced layer is obtained,and a comprehensive comparison is made with conventional reinforced materials from the aspects of paving scheme,hammering,rolling,rutting,interlayer adhesion test,etc.The research results show that laying the reinforced layer of polymer resin in the asphalt pavement can effectively strengthen the asphalt flexible pavement,thus improve the anti-vehicle withdrawal and crack resistance of the pavement,save the engineering cost and prolong the service life of the asphalt pavement.
