Analysis of the Setting and Maintaining of Emergency Alarm Device for Added Elevators in Old Community

随着我国社会老龄化步伐的加快,老旧小区加装电梯已成为大势所趋。和新建住宅不同,老旧小区安装电梯起步难、矛盾分歧大,后期的日常管理和维护难以落实,轿厢内紧急报警装置的设置和管理复杂多样,经常无人接听,安全隐患大。本文列举了轿厢内紧急报警装置的几种实现方式,并对其管理模式进行了探讨和分析。

As the aging problem is more severe in our country,added elevators become more and more essential and prioritized in the development of old community.Unlike the newly constructed community,to add elevators for the old community has many difficulties to overcome with,either in the install stage or in the later ordinary maintaining stage.People in the same building may hold different opinions on whether or not to add elevator,which makes it hard to set down the issue smoothly.Besides,once the elevator is added,the ordinary maintaining stage can be complex,as the design and management of the emergency alarm device in the car can be varied and the corresponding answering system for emergency alarm is not yet well established.The paper lists some possible settings for emergency alarm device in the car,and suggests some possible solution for effective management in the ordinary maintaining stage.
