摘要
对检验中遇到的电动单梁起重机控制电路中关于失压保护措施的不同设计进行分析,对比各种设计在安全防护方面的全面性、合理性,发现了对存在运行接触器主触头粘连或者运行操作按钮卡死的特殊电气故障时启动起重机安全防护不足的设计缺陷,对电动单梁起重机的控制电路提出改进意见,同时对吊装作业具有精密要求的电动单梁起重机控制电路进行了更进一步的优化改进。
This paper analyzes the different designs of voltage loss protection measures in the control circuit of electric single-beam crane encountered in the inspection,compares the comprehensiveness and rationality of various designs in terms of safety protection,and finds the design defect of insufficient safety protection for starting the crane when there are special electrical faults such as the main contact sticking or the operation button sticking.The control circuit of the electric single beam crane is improved,and the control circuit of the electric single beam crane with precision requirements in lifting operation is further optimized and improved.
