基于知识图谱的线上医疗问诊小程序的设计与实现

摘要 为解决线上医疗问诊存在的问诊效率低、误诊频发等问题,文中设计了一种基于知识图谱的线上问诊系统。该系统由智能导诊系统和医师线上问诊系统组成。其中,智能导诊系统利用知识图谱进行患者分级、病情诊断书生成和科室推荐,提前完成病情评估和科室匹配,提高问诊效率;医师线上问诊系统则采用医生混合评价加权分析法,结合患者偏好,实现优秀医生的筛选和精准推荐。实践证明,该系统对提高线上医疗问诊的质量和效率具有重要意义。 In order to solve the problems of low consultation efficiency and frequent misdiagnosis in online medical consultation,an online consultation system based on Knowledge Graph is designed in this paper.The system consists of an intelligent guidance system and a physician online consultation system.Among them,the intelligent guidance system completes the condition assessment and department matching in advance by using Knowledge Graph to classify patients,generate medical certificates and department recommendations,and improves the consultation efficiency;the physician online consultation system adopts the physician mixed evaluation weighted analysis method,combined with patient preferences,to realize the screening and accurate recommendation of excellent doctors.Practice has proved that this system is of great significance to improve the quality and efficiency of online medical consultation.
