特色中医护理技术清毒止痛法对毒蛇咬伤患者疼痛感知、心理情绪及预后转归的影响

Effects of traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques on pain perception,psychological emotion and prognosis of venomous snake bite patients

目的探讨特色中医护理技术清毒止痛法在毒蛇咬伤患者中的应用效果。方法采用回顾性分析法选取南通市中医院中医外科在2020年5月—2022年6月期间接收的160例毒蛇咬伤患者作为本次研究对象。根据就诊时间不同,将其分为对照组(2020年5月—2021年5月)和干预组(2021年6月—2022年6月)。对照组80例实施常规中医康复护理措施,干预组80例实施特色中医护理技术清毒止痛法。于干预前、干预7 d后,对两组肿胀疼痛、护理满意度、中医证候评分等指标进行观察对比。结果干预前,两组肿胀、疼痛感知情况比对,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预7 d后,两组肿胀、疼痛较干预前降低,且干预组患者在肿胀程度、视觉模拟量表(VAS)综合评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);干预前,两组中医症候评分相比(P>0.05);干预7 d后,两组中医症候评分较干预前比降低(P<0.05);且干预组在瘫痪、溃疡、肌力等中医症候评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对毒蛇咬伤患者采取特色中医护理技术清毒止痛法,利于减轻患者局部肿胀与疼痛感知,提高患者护理满意度,改善中医临床症状。

Objective To explore the application effect of characteristic traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology in patients bitten by poisonous snakes.Methods A retrospective analysis method was used to select 160 venomous snake bite patients received by the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Nantong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to June 2022 as the object of this study.They were divided into control group(from May 2020 to May 2021)and intervention group(from June 2021 to June 2022)according to the different time of visit.The control group was 80 cases with conventional TCM rehabilitation nursing measures,and the intervention group was 80 cases with moderate TCM nursing technology to clear poison and relieve pain.Before intervention and after intervention for 7 days,the indexes of swelling and pain,nursing satisfaction,TCM syndrome score and so on were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in swelling and pain perception between the two groups(P>0.05).After 7 days of intervention,the swelling and pain of the two groups were lower than before intervention,and the swelling degree and visual analogue scale(VAS)comprehensive score of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in intervention group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,the scores of TCM symptoms were compared between the two groups(P>0.05).After 7 days of intervention,the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms such as paralysis,ulcer and muscle strength in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of venomous snake bite patients with characteristic Chinese medicine nursing technology detoxification and analgesia is beneficial to reduce local swelling and pain perception of patients,improve patient nursing satisfaction,and improve clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine.
