摘要
肝脏缺血再灌注损伤常发生在需要肝断流的肝脏外科手术后,如肝移植,肝叶切除等,严重的肝脏缺血再灌注损伤是导致手术不成功的重要原因之一。在肝缺血再灌注损伤的过程中氧化应激扮演了极其重要的角色,因此解决氧化应激问题成为治疗肝缺血再灌注损伤的关键。在肝缺血再灌注损伤中传统治疗手段效果有限,临床上也迫切需要强有力的干预手段,而纳米材料具有的比表面效应、小尺寸效应、宏观量子隧道效应,使纳米技术在医疗领域发挥着无可替代的作用。经过纳米技术处理的药物可以根据纳米材料和参数的差异具有完全不同的生物学性质,这是与传统药物相比革命性的改变,为肝缺血再灌注损伤领域提供了更多的可能性。因此,在肝缺血再灌注损伤中应用纳米技术针对氧化应激的研究做如下综述。
Hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury often occurs after liver surgery requiring hepatic devascularization,such as liver transplantation,liver lobectomy,etc.Severe hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury is one of the important reason for the failure of surgeries.As oxidative stress plays an extremely important role in the process of hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury is to solve the problem of oxidative stress.While traditional treatment methods have limited effects in hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury,the specific surface effect,small size effect,and macroscopic quantum tunneling effect of nanomaterials make nanotechnology play an irreplaceable role in the medical field.Drugs treated with nanotechnology can have completely different biological properties depending on the nanomaterials and parameters,which is a revolutionary change compared to conventional drugs and offers more possibilities in the field of hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury,and meets the urgent need for powerful clinical interventions.Therefore,research progress of nanotechnology against oxidative stress in hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury have been reviewed.
