摘要
快速、准确地开展砷检测对地下水的可持续安全供给至关重要。然而,现有地下水砷检测方法存在着诸如设备成本高昂、操作流程复杂等问题,给砷的常规分析带来了挑战。近年来,微流控技术成为了水化学分析领域的新型技术之一。相较于传统砷检测方法,微流控技术具有反应时间更快、过程控制更好、废物产生更少、系统紧凑和并行化、成本低和可处置性强等优点。研究中,综述了现有的实验室和现场砷检测方法以及他们面临的挑战;之后介绍了基于微流控技术的砷光学检测和砷电化学检测的研究进展,为受砷影响地区开展水质监测工作提供参考。
Rapid and accurate arsenic detection is essential for sustainable and safe groundwater supply.However,the existing groundwater arsenic detection methods have some problems,such as high equipment cost and complex operation process,which bring challenges to the routine analysis of arsenic.In recent years,microfluidic technology has become one of the new technologies in the field of water chemical analysis.Compared with traditional arsenic detection methods,microfluidic technology has the advantages of faster reaction time,better process control,less waste generation,compact and parallel system,low cost and strong disposability.In this study,existing laboratory and field arsenic detection methods as well as the challenges they face are reviewed.Then,the research progress of arsenic optical detection and arsenic electrochemical detection based on microfluidic technology is introduced,which provides a reference for water quality monitoring in arsenic affected areas.
