基于网络文本数据来源的铁路遗产旅游游客满意度评价——以芭石铁路、滇越铁路、阿里山森林铁路为例

Evaluation of Tourists'Satisfaction With Railway Heritage Tourism Based on Internet Text Data—Taking Bashi,Dian-Yue,and Ali Mountain Forest Railway as Examples

采用LDA模型与IPA模型,研究了铁路遗产旅游的游客满意度。研究数据基于网络社交平台,通过tripadvisor、马蜂窝、去哪等网站采集了2022年4月之前的中国铁路遗产旅游评论和游记,通过LDA话题聚类后定位到具体评论文本进行了IPA编码及模型构建。结果表明:在铁路遗产旅行当中,当前人们对遗产景观,自然景观和旅游体验,活动方面满意度高于平均值,而对时间成本,内外部交通,遗产体验和设施与服务满意度低于平均值,结果定位了当前铁路遗产旅游再利用的重点,指导在未来的旅游发展中给予亟待改善的方面更多的关注,促进铁路遗产旅游再利用的良性可持续发展。

This paper applies the LDA model and IPA model to study the visitor satisfaction of railway heritage tourism.The research data is based on online social platforms,and China Railway Heritage Tourism reviews and travel notes before April 2022 through TripAdvisor,Mafengwo,Qunar and other websites are collected.Specific comment texts are located through LDA topic clustering for IPA coding and model construction.The results show that in railway heritage travel,people's satisfaction with heritage landscape,natural landscape and tourism experience and activities is higher than the average,while the satisfaction with time cost,internal and external transportation,heritage experience and facilities and services is lower than the average,and the results locate the focus of the current railway heritage tourism reuse,guide more attention to the aspects that need to be improved in the future tourism development,and promote the benign and sustainable development of railway heritage tourism reuse.
