基于结构方程的城市体检社会满意度分析——以安康市高新区为例

Analysis of Social Satisfaction of Urban Physical Examination Based on Structural Equation Model——Taking Ankang High-tech Zone as an Example

社会满意度调查相比其他数据更具感知性和学习性。利用mplus8.0构建结构方程模型,从城市安全环境、生活便捷性、人文环境舒适性、城市多元包容、开放创新和自然环境宜人性等方面对安康高新区城市体检社会满意度进行了量化分析,探讨了影响机理,为开展安康市高新区城市体检工作积累经验。结果表明:①5个因子均对城市体检社会满意度呈现出显著影响。其中自然环境宜人性对社会满意度的影响最大,城市安全环境影响最小;②自然环境宜人性、人文环境舒适性、城市多元包容和开放创新、生活便捷性以及城市安全环境影响程度最大的分别是空气质量0.816、城市历史建筑与传统文化的保护0.910、创新活力0.878、体育设施0.836和防灾应急0.964;③提升满意度要从加强生态环保、推动文旅融合、激活创新活力、提升社区生活圈15min覆盖率、提高防灾水平等方面重点推进。

Social satisfaction surveys are more perceptive and learnable than other data.Using mplus8.0 to build a structural equation model,this paper quantitatively analyzes the social satisfaction of urban physical examination in Ankang High-tech Zone from the aspects of urban safety environment,convenience of life,cultural environment comfort,urban diversity and inclusiveness,open innovation and natural environment amenity,and discusses the influencing mechanism,so as to accumulate experience for carrying out urban physical examination in Ankang High-tech Zone.The results show that:①All the 5 factors have significant effects on social satisfaction in urban physical examination.The influence of natural environment amenity on social satisfaction is the greatest,and the influence of urban safety environment is the least.②The greatest impacts of natural environment amenity,human environment comfort,urban pluralistic inclusiveness and open innovation,convenience of life and urban safety environment are 0.816 air quality,0.910 protection of urban historical buildings and traditional culture,0.878 innovation vitality,0.836 sports facilities and 0.964 disaster prevention and emergency response.③To improve satisfaction,it is necessary to focus on strengthening ecological and environmental protection,promoting the integration of culture and tourism,activating innovation vitality,improving the 15-minute coverage rate of community life circle,and improving the level of disaster prevention.
