时空视角下旅游型海岛民宿业态演进

Evolution of the Tourism-Based Island Homestay Formats in a Spatial and Temporal Perspective

在我国“乡村振兴”和产业转型的背景下,以大连市下辖长海县为案例,通过考察民宿旅游业态的时空演变过程,关注中国典型旅游型海岛民宿发展步伐并总结其机制。利用定性与定量结合的分析方法,以长时间、多维空间的视角综合探讨了海岛民宿行业发展过程及其因素,结果表明:海岛民宿从渔家乐业态萌芽、经规模性增长(解释度0.956),通过多维空间升级转型,形成具有海洋特色的民宿产品。过去几年特殊时期加速了“互联网+”民宿运营模式变化,海岛民宿初步进入高质量发展阶段。

In the context of China's rural revitalization and industrial transformation,this paper takes Changhai County,which is under the jurisdiction of Dalian City,as a case study to investigate the spatio-temporal evolution of homestay tourism formats,pay attention to the development pace of homestay on typical tourism islands in China,and summarize its mechanism.By combining qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,this paper comprehensively discusses the development process and factors of island homestay industry from the perspective of long-term and multi-dimensional space.The results show that:island homestays sprout from fishing home,grow in scale(interpretation degree 0.956),and form homestay products with marine characteristics through multi-dimensional space upgrading and transformation.The epidemic has accelerated the change of the"Internet+"homestay operation model,and island homestays have initially entered a stage of high-quality development.
