基于地铁项目标准化绿色施工评价体系的研究

摘要 近年来,我国虽已提出绿色施工相关规定,但在绿色施工过程中还存在执行力差、效益低下的问题,为将标准化的理念赋予到绿色施工过程中,以地铁项目为对象进行标准化绿色施工的研究。通过查阅国标、行标、地铁项目绿色施工目标,并运用DEMATAL方法从环境保护标准化、节材与材料资源利用标准化、节水与水资源利用标准化、节能与资源利用标准化、节地与土地资源保护标准化、人力资源节约与保护标准化6个方面对地铁项目标准化绿色施工的影响因素进行了分析,计算出了评价指标的原因度、中心度、影响度、被影响度。结果表明:扬尘控制、固体废弃物、废(污)水控制、废气排放控制、节约材料标准等下方一系列38个指标对地铁项目标准化绿色施工的影响较大,是关键性指标,以38个关键性指标为基础建立地铁项目标准化绿色施工评价体系,为我国地铁项目绿色施工的发展提供推动作用。 In recent years,although China has put forward relevant regulations on green construction,there are still some problems in the process of green construction,such as poor execution and low efficiency.This paper aims to give the concept of standardization to the process of green construction and conduct standardized green construction research on subway projects.By consulting the national standard,line standard and green construction target of subway project,and using DEMATAL method,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of standardized green construction of subway project from six aspects:environmental protection standardization,material saving and material resource utilization standardization,water saving and water resource utilization standardization,land saving and land resource protection standardization,human resource conservation and protection standardization.The cause degree,centrality degree,influence degree and affected degree of the evaluation indicators are calculated.The results show that a series of 38 indicators,such as dust control,solid waste,waste(sewage)water control,waste gas emission control and material saving standard,have great influence on the standardized green construction of subway projects,and are key indicators.Based on the 38 key indicators,an evaluation system for standardized green construction of subway projects is established,which will provide impetus for the development of green construction of subway projects in China.
