摘要
通过对150名来华留学生的跨文化能力进行测定与分析可知,整体受试者的跨文化能力得分处于中等偏下水平。其中,“尊重对方”这一情感因素的平均得分最高,与宏观话语建构相关的“互动掌控”和“互动放松”次之;与微观话语建构相关的“消息传达技巧”“行为弹性”和“身份维护”得分最低;同时发现,“互动放松与互动掌控”之间、“消息传达技巧与身份维护”之间具有显著的正向相关关系。以上结果表明,面向来华留学生的跨文化教育需要以跨文化沟通中的话语建构与语言使用为中心进行。因此,建议在国际中文教育领域的跨文化教育中,积极引导留学生以自身的认同感为基础构建信息、发展与他文化圈的人际关系。
By measuring and analyzing the cross-cultural competence of 150 international students in China,it was found that the overall cross-cultural competence score of the participants was below the average.Among them,the average score for the emotional factor of"respecting the others"is the highest,followed by the"interac⁃tive control"and the"interactive relaxation"related to macro-discourse construction;while the lowest scores were obtained in items like"message communication skills","behavioral resilience",and"identity maintenance"re⁃lated to micro-discourse construction.At the same time,it was found that there is a significant positive correlation between the"interactive relaxation and interactive control",as well as between"message communication skills and identity maintenance".As shown in the above results,the cross-cultural education for international students in China needs to be centered around the discourse construction and language use in cross-cultural communication.Therefore,international students should,as is suggested,be actively guided to build information and develop inter⁃personal relationships with other cultural circles based on their own sense of identity in cross-cultural education in the field of international Chinese education..
