基于UHPLC-Orbitrap Exploris 240的云实皮化学成分分析

摘要 目的采用超高效液相色谱-四极杆-静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱(UHPLC-Orbitrap Exploris 240)系统分析云实皮的化学成分。方法将云实皮药材进行提取并处理后,经UHPLC-Orbitrap Exploris 240分析,运用Compound Discoverer及Xcalibur软件处理质谱数据,并与数据库中相应化合物的标准图谱和碎片信息进行比对,结合相关文献及对照品,对云实皮中的化学成分进行分析。结果从云实皮中共分析出59个化学成分,主要包括黄酮类、酚类、有机酸类及其他类化学成分。结论建立的方法可全面、快速地分析云实皮的化学成分,可为云实皮后续的药效物质基础及质量控制研究提供一定依据。 Objective To investigate the chemical composition of Caesalpinia decapetala using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-orbitrap exploris 240(UHPLC-Orbitrap Exploris 240).Methods The extracted and processed herbs of Caesalpinia decapetala were analyzed by UHPLC-Orbitrap Exploris 240,and then the mass spectrometry data was processed by Compound Discoverer and Xcalibur software;the data was then compared with the standard mapping and fragment information of corresponding compounds in the database,and chemical components analysis was performed together with relevant references and reference substance.Results A total of 59 chemical components were detected from Caesalpinia decapetala,including flavonoids,phenols,organic acids and other chemical components.Conclusion The established method can be used for comprehensive and rapid analysis of the chemical constituents of Caesalpinia decapetala,which can provide a basis for the follow-up study of pharmacodynamic substance basis and quality control of Caesalpinia decapetala.
