《蒙求》“子建八斗”注考

The Textual Study of the Comments of Zi Jian Ba Dou in Meng Qiu

曹植“才高八斗”的典故世所熟知,然作为其注解的谢灵运之言的出处众说纷纭,未有定论。通过文献考证可知,这一典故的可靠出处为唐代李瀚所编《蒙求》“子建八斗”,而谢灵运之言亦可追溯到南宋徐子光为《蒙求》作补注中所引旧注,惜《蒙求》原注之文献出处已不可考。《南史·谢灵运传》或《释常谈》皆非这一典故的可靠来源。

The allusion of Cao Zhi with great talent was widely known.However,the source of the words from Xie Lingyun as its comments was controversial.The reliable provenance of this allusion should be found in Meng Qiu compiled by Li Han in Tang Dynasty through documentary research,while the words from Xie Lingyun could be found in the old annotations quoted by Xu Ziguang in Southern Song Dynasty.Nevertheless,the exact book quoted in Meng Qiu cannot be acquired.Neither the Biography of Xie Lingyun in the History of Southern Dynasties nor Shi Chang Tan was the reliable reference of this allusion.
