摘要
该文通过分析高空作业车安全事故的产生原因,并规范操作人员的行为,解决了高空作业车因操作失误而引发的倾覆事故的问题,并提出了高空作业车电气控制系统升级改造方案,通过加装倾覆报警及主动干预装置,进行警示,限制操作人员错误行为的发生,此研究有效解决了因人员错误操作而未能得到及时纠正进而导致的高空作业车倾覆问题,降低了人为事故的发生,具有很好的实际价值。
By analyzing the causes of safety accidents in high-altitude operation vehicles,the upgrade and transformation plan for high-altitude operation vehicle electrical control system is proposed in this article so as to standardize the behavior of operators,reduce the occurrence of overturning accidents caused by operational errors,and effectively solve the problem of high-altitude operation vehicle overturning due to the failure to timely correct personnel errors.The plan includes the installation of overturning warning and active intervention devices to warn and restrict the occurrence of operator errors,which has good practical value in reducing human accidents.
