百合枯萎病拮抗细菌的筛选 被引量:2

摘要 从百合根际土壤中筛选有益细菌,抑制其枯萎病的发生.采用土壤稀释法、平板对峙法和分子生物学等方法,筛选和鉴定龙牙百合枯萎病病菌(尖孢镰刀菌)的拮抗细菌;利用平板对峙法、Salkowski比色法和钼锑抗比色法测定拮抗细菌抗病能力、分泌IAA及其溶磷能力.从百合根际土壤中初步筛选出5株活性菌株,其中J67、TP58、TP54具有较强的抑菌能力,抑菌率分别为52.47%,47.33%,46.10%,且具较高的IAA分泌能力,但其溶磷能力都较差.通过形态学结合分子生物学鉴定,3株细菌均为贝莱斯芽孢杆菌Bacillus velezensis.筛选获得的贝莱斯芽孢杆菌Bacillus velezensis具有抗百合尖孢镰刀菌和分泌IAA的能力,可能在防治百合枯萎病上有较好的应用前景. To screen beneficial bacteria from the rhizosphere soil of lily to inhibit the occurrence of Fusarium Wilt,the antagonistic bacteria of Fusarium oxysporum were screened and identified by soil dilution method,plate confrontation method and molecular biology methods.The resistance of the antagonistic bacteria to disease,the ability to secrete IAA and the ability to dissolve phosphorus were determined by plate confrontation method,Salkowski colorimetry and Mo-Sb colorimetry.Five active strains were screened from rhizosphere soil of Lilium lilium,among which J67,TP58 and TP54 showed strong bacteriostatic activity(52.47%,46.10%and 47.33%,respectively),and high IAA secretion capacity,but phosphorus solubilization capacity was poor.The three strains were identified as Bacillus velezensis by morphological and molecular biology.The screened Bacillus velezensis has the ability to resist Fusarium oxysporum and secrete IAA,which may have a good application prospect in the control of lily Fusarium oxysporum.
