China’s new policies and new expo strengthen China-EU economic and people-to-people links.Arecent report and an important event deserve the attention of policy makers globally,coming on the eve of the EU-China summit in Beijing in December ahead of an uncertain new year.The document was released by the Office of the Leading Group for Promoting the Belt and Road Initiative(BRI)on November 24,2023 spelling out the vision and actions for high-quality Belt and Road cooperation during the next decade.
