油道高度对植物油变压器绕组温升的影响

摘要 本文中作者建立了1mm~10mm油道高度的植物油绕组温升分析模型,采用仿真计算研究了不同油道高度下的绕组温度分布和油流速度分布。研究结果表明,增加油道高度可有效改善植物油变压器绕组温升,但改善的效果在油道高度较小时比较明显,当油道高度达到6mm之后,增加油道高度对绕组温升的改善不明显,在油道高度达到8mm时,温度分布的均匀性达到最好。 The temperature rise analysis model of vegetable oil winding with oil duct height of 1mm~10mm is established.The winding temperature distribution and oil flow velocity distribution under different oil duct heights are studied by simulation calculation.The results show that increasing the oil duct height can effectively improve the winding temperature rise of vegetable oil transformer,but the improvement effect is obvious when the oil duct height is small.When the oil duct height reaches 6mm,the increase of oil duct height does not significantly improve the winding temperature rise.When the oil duct height reaches 8mm,the uniformity of temperature distribution reaches the best.
