摘要
本文使用激光粒度仪测试了铝粉粒度,讨论确定了干法和湿法这两种方法的参数设置,验证了检测的重复性偏差,并对两种方法检测结果进行比对分析。结果显示,两种检测方法的重复性变异系数都很小,均能准确可靠测出铝粉的粒径分布,且结果相差不大。在日常检测中,为提高效率,可以优先选用操作方法简单、测试快、成本低的干法测试。
This paper uses a laser particle size analyzer to test the particle size of aluminum powder,discusses and determines the parameter settings of dry and wet methods,verifies the repeatability deviation of the detection,compares and analyzes the detection results of the two methods.The results show that the repeatability variable coefficient of both detection methods is very small,and both can accurately and reliably measure the particle size distribution of aluminum powder,with non-significant difference in the results as well.In the daily testing,in order to improve efficiency,the dry testing with simple operation methods,fast testing and low cost can be prioritized.
