电解铝厂整流器室智能巡检系统的设计

摘要 本文详细介绍了电解铝企业整流器室智能巡检系统的设计与实现。电解铝企业整流所中的整流器室,日常需要人工巡检设备状态并记录相关生产数据。本文应用现有的无线网络通讯技术、图像噪音识别算法和软件编程技术,实现了一个高度智能化的整流器室巡检系统。该系统的应用降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了工作效率。 This paper provides a detailed introduction of the design and implementation of an intelligent patrol inspection system for rectifier rooms in aluminum smelters.The rectifier room in the rectifier station of aluminum smelters requires manual patrol inspection of equipment status and recording of relevant production data.This paper adopts the existing wireless network communication technology,image noise recognition algorithm and software programming technology,in order to achieve a highly-intelligent patrol inspection system for rectifier rooms.The application of this system has reduced the labor intensity of workers and improved work efficiency.
