铝电解炭渣火法处理后炭泥的掺烧试验研究

摘要 将铝电解炭渣火法处理后的炭泥(火法炭泥)与煤粉按不同比例进行掺烧,考察了对坩埚的腐蚀、氟的迁移路径及CaO对掺烧过程氟化物迁移行为的影响。结果表明,火法炭泥掺烧煤粉过程中,随着火法炭泥掺比的增加,坩埚的腐蚀程度也随之加重,掺比超过2%时,坩埚腐蚀程度加重显著;焙烧过程中,火法炭泥中的氟仅有极少量的进入了灰渣,其余除少部分与坩埚发生反应外,大部分进入了烟气。因此,焙烧法处理火法炭泥应特别关注设备的腐蚀和烟气除氟问题,焙烧前加入CaO可同时实现固硫和固氟。 The carbon sludge(pyrocarbon sludge)and pulverized coal after the pyrotechnic treatment of aluminum electrolytic carbon slag were mixed and burned in different proportions.The corrosion of the crucible,the migration path of fluorine and the effect of CaO on the migration behavior of fluoride during the co-firing process were investigated.The results showed that the corrosion degree of the crucible increased with the rise of the pyrotechnic carbon sludge mixing ratio during the co-firing process of pulverized coal.When the mixing ratio exceeded 2%,the corrosion degree of the crucible increased significantly;During the baking process,only a small amount of fluorine in pyrocarbon sludge enters the ash,and most of the rest enters the flue gas except that a small part reacts with the crucible;Therefore,special attention should be paid to the corrosion of equipment and fluorine removal from flue gas when calcining the pyrocarbon sludge.Adding CaO before calcination can achieve sulfur and fluorine fixation at the same time.
