摘要
氧化铝厂赤泥压滤车间由于赤泥浆液温度较高,在压滤过程中有大量水蒸气产生,采用常规的自然通风方式无法将水蒸气及时排出,导致车间内环境较差,影响工人操作。本文采用涡旋通风技术,利用计算机模拟技术对车间的通风进行模拟计算,通过模拟研究论证了涡旋通风技术作为赤泥压滤车间的通风方案的可行性,从而为下一步工程实践打下理论基础。
Due to the high temperature of the red mud fluid in the red mud pressure filtration workshop of the alumina refinery,a large amount of water vapor is generated during the pressure filtration process.The water vapor cannot be discharged in time by the conventional natural ventilation method,thus resulting in a poor environment in the workshop and affecting the operation of workers.In this paper,the vortex ventilation technology is adopted,and the computer simulation technology is used to simulate and calculate the ventilation of the workshop.Through simulation research,the feasibility of the vortex ventilation technology is demonstrated as the ventilation plan for the red mud pressure filtration workshop,which lays a theoretical foundation for the next-step engineering practice.
