摘要
随着铝电解槽容量的不断增大以及生产工艺操作技术水平的提高,单纯根据dR/dt的变化来改变加料频率的方法已经不能满足准确控制氧化铝浓度的目的。在大型预焙铝电解槽如何进一步提高氧化铝浓度的均匀性和准确性的几个关键方面,作者在本文中阐述了一些新的控制逻辑和方法,并已在400至600 kA大型预焙电解槽上推广使用,取得了良好的效果。
With the increasingly high amperage of aluminum reduction pots and the technological improvement of production operation process,it can't meet the purpose of accurately controlling the alumina concentration by changing the feeding frequency simply based on the changes of dR/dt.On several key aspects about how to further improve the uniformity and accuracy of alumina concentration in the high-amperage aluminum reduction pots,the author describes some new control concept logics and methods in this paper,which have been widely used in 400~600 kA high-amperage prebaked aluminum reduction pots,with favorable effects achieved as well.
