摘要
本文介绍了500 kA新型石墨化阴极节能电解槽焦粒焙烧启动全过程,对焙烧启动过程进行针对性调整,改善电解槽焙烧、启动质量,使电解槽顺利平稳转入后期正常生产,为同类型电解槽焙烧启动提供了实践经验。
This paper introduced the entire baking and start-up process of coke for the new type graphitized cathode energy-saving 500 kA aluminum electrolytic cell.Specific adjustments are made to the baking and start-up process to improve the baking and start-up quality,so that the aluminum electrolytic cell can be transferred into normal production smoothly in the later stage,thus providing practical experience for the baking and start-up of similar aluminum electrolytic cells.
