人工流产后女性生育力情况及影响因素分析

Analysis on fertility and influencing factors of female patients after induced abortion

目的分析人工流产后女性生育力情况及影响因素。方法选取2020年1月—2021年1月银川市第一人民医院收治的200例人工流产后女性作为研究对象,统计生育力情况及影响因素。结果在200例人工流产后女性中,42例出现生育力低下,发生率为21.00%。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示:卵巢体积、月经周期、窦卵泡计数(AFC)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、抗苗勒管激素(AMH)、抑制素B(INHB)、子宫肌瘤病史、糖尿病史是人工流产后女性生育力的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论人工流产后女性生育力低下与卵巢体积、月经周期、AFC、FSH、AMH、INHB、子宫肌瘤病史、糖尿病史有关,临床应依据具体因素采取措施,以提升人工流产后女性生育力。

Objective To analyze the fertility of female patients after induced abortion and the influencing factors.Methods A total of 200 women after induced abortion were selected from the First People's Hospital of Yinchuan from January 2020 to January 2021 as research object,the fertility status and influencing factors were statistically analyzed.Results Among 200 women after induced abortion,42 women had low fertility,the incidence rate was 21.00%.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that ovarian volume,menstrual cycle,antral follicle count(AFC),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH),inhibin B(INHB),history of uterine fibroids,and history of diabetes were influencing factors of fertility of women after induced abortion(all P<0.05).Conclusion Low fertility of women after induced abortion is related to ovarian volume,menstrual cycle,AFC,FSH,AMH,INHB,history of uterine fibroids,and history of diabetes.Clinical measures should be taken according to specific factors to improve the fertility of women after induced abortion.
