Research and Exploration of the Same Quality Integrated Management of Multi-campus Hospital

结合华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院实例,从人员、制度、质控、信息化建设等方面,介绍了该院一院多区建设和管理面临的挑战,提出了多院区同质化管理的实践方法与保障措施,分析总结了取得的成效,并提出了未来发展思路。

Based on the example of Tongji Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology,it introduces the challenges faced by the hospital in the construction and management of multi-campus hospital in terms of personnel,systems,quality control,information construction,etc.;proposes the practical methods and safeguard measures of homogeneity management of multiple campus;analyzes and summarizes the results and puts forward the ideas for future development.
