PDCA循环在提高医疗废物管理质量中的效果分析

Analysis on the Effectiveness of PDCA Cycle in Improving the Quality of Medical Waste Management

应用PDCA循环,对江阴市人民医院医疗废物管理中存在的问题进行调查,利用鱼骨图分析原因,从人、机、料、法、环等方面制订改进计划并付诸实施,及时总结效果、持续改进。结果表明,应用PDCA循环后,医疗废物处置正确率、医疗废物相关知识知晓率提高,职业暴露率降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。运用PDCA循环有效提高了医疗废物管理全过程的规范性。

The medical waste management problems of Jiangyin People's Hospital were investigated through the PDCA cycle;the causes were analyzed by fishbone diagram,plans were formulated and improved from the aspects of people,machines,materials,methods,environment,and the effectiveness were summarized in a timely manner and continuous improved.The results show that after applying the PDCA cycle,the accuracy of medical waste disposal and the awareness rate of medical waste-related knowledge are increased,and the occupational exposure rate is reduced,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The use of PDCA cycle effectively improves the standardization of the entire process of medical waste management.
