非煤矿山深暗立井配套施工技术研究与应用

Research and Application of Supporting Technology of Constructing Deep Underground Vertical Shaft in Non-Coal Mine

摘要 深暗立井掘进施工不同于普通立井,措施工程量大,凿井设备拆装复杂,结合盲副井的断面大(井筒直径7.7m)、深井及相关碉室之间布置密集,采用“机械化作业线一次成井法施工技术”科学合理的设备布置和选型,为深暗立井施工、加快工期及安全提供保障。 Construction of deep underground shaft is different from that of ordinary shaft,it brings the problems including huge construction amount and complexity of dismantling drlling equipment.Combined with large section of blind shaft(diameter 7.7m)and dense arrangement of deep shafts and chambers,"one-time shaft formation through mechanized operation line"is adopted,and scientific and reasonable equipment layout and equipment selection is also carried out,which provides a guarantee for the deep underground vertical shaft construction,speeding up the construction period and safety.
