摘要
本文采用高品质碳酸镍熳烧法和精制氯化镍溶液喷雾热解法两种工艺制备电子级氧化亚镍,均可产出符合拟定标准的电子级氧化亚镍。高品质碳酸镍熳烧法对碳酸镍原料的品质要求高,其工艺与普通级氧化亚镍相似。喷雾热分解法则是采用精制氯化镍溶液,经过浓缩、雾化、在高温下直接热化学分解生成氧化亚镍。
Calcination of high quality nickel carbonate and spray pyrolysis of refined nickel chloride solution are used to prepare electronic grade nickel protoxide.The calcination method of high quality nickel carbonate requires high quality of nickel carbonate as raw materials,and its process is similar to that of ordinary grade nickel oxide.The spray thermal decomposition method is to produce nickel protoxide through concentration,atomization,and direct thermochemical decomposition at high temperature.
