钯萃取中油水分离装置的设计与性能实验

摘要 萃取工艺因其选择性好、设备自动化程度高、作业流程短等优势,而被广泛应用于金、钯等贵金属的提取作业中,目前传统钯萃取设备运行过程中存在有机相中水相夹带的问题,其中有机相中水相高达800ppm以上的问题,为解决现有水相夹带问题,提高萃取性能,设计制作了一种油水分离装置,可使分离后的油水相连续采出,实现快速分离油水相的目的。 The extraction process has been widely used in the extraction of precious metals such as gold and palladium due to its advantages such as good selectivity,high automation of equipment and short operation flow.At present,the problem of water phase entrainment in organic phase exists in the operation of traditional palladium extraction equipment,among which the water phase in organic phase is more than 80Oppm.In order to solve the existing problem of water phase entrainment and improve extraction performance,an oil-water separation device is designed and made,which can make continuous production of the separated oil-water phase and realize the purpose of separating oil-water phase quickly.
