国产氢气压缩机运行过程中的问题分析及改进措施

Analysis on Problems in Operation of Domestic Hydrogen Compressor and Improvement Measures

公司2台国产氢气压缩机从投入运行至今,频繁出现压缩机本体非驱动端及驱动端轴承振动异常;非驱动端轴承温度高;压缩机本体拉杆容易断裂的问题。本文通过分析上述问题产生的主要原因,提出相应解决方法及改进措施,实现了2台国产氢气压缩机的长周期、安全、平稳运行。

Since the two domestic hydrogen compressors have been put into operation,there are always some problems:frequent abnormal vibrations occurring in the non-driving end of the compressor body and the bearing of the driving end;temperature of the bearing of the non-driving end is high;the pull rod of the compressor body is easy to fracture.After analysing the main reasons of the problems above,this article proposes related solutions and improvements measures,thus the long-term,safe and stable operation of two domestic hydrogen compressors can be realized by adopting the solutions and improvements.
