“全球安全倡议”是将世界普遍安全作为国际公共产品的中国方案。“全球安全倡议”是“两个结合”的代表性成果,是习近平外交思想最新理论结晶之一。“全球安全倡议”通过推动政治对话与外交谈判,加强大国互信,倡导构建区域安全新架构,引领各国携手应对跨国危机,为我国以新安全格局保障新发展格局,主动塑造于我有利的外部安全环境,更好维护开放安全,推动发展与安全深度融合创造了有利条件,具有促进世界安全发展的时代价值。

The Global Security Initiative(CSI)is a Chinese program to make universal world security as an international public goods.The GSI absorbs the essence of Marxism and traditional Chinese culture,which is also one of the latest theoretical productions of Xi Jinping's diplomatic thinking.The CSI has actively participated in the reform and improvement of the global security governance system by encouraging great powers to strengthen mutual trust,advocating the construction of a new regional security architecture,and leading the construction of an international security partnership in response to transnational crises.It has continued to play a constructive role in maintaining world peace and regional stability.
