摘要
针对水液压传动中水介质黏度低、水压溢流阀阀芯和阀套之间难以形成有效润滑膜的特点,设计一种先导级带有环形间隙阻尼的水压溢流阀新结构。通过阐述新开发水压溢流阀的结构方案、工作原理,建立和推导了水压溢流阀的动态数学模型和传递函数。由基于数学模型的仿真分析得知所设计的阀是不稳定的,为此设计了输出反馈补偿来使阀得到稳定的输出压力,一方面通过仿真优化了阀的补偿参数,另一方面通过分析补偿的实现和特征,发现所设计的补偿是一个动压反馈补偿,它可以阻止主阀和先导阀之间的高频压力脉动传递。
For the low viscosity of water,lubricating film can hardly formed between the poppet and the sleeve in the water hy-draulic valve.A water hydraulic relief valve with annular clearance restrictors in the pilot stage was designed.The working principles and mechanical structure were described.Water hydraulic relief valve's dynamic mathematical models and transfer functions were estab-lished and derived.The simulation based on the mathematical models showed that the designed valve was unstable.Output feedback compensation was made to stabilize the valve.On one hand,the valve's compensating parameters were optimized through simulation;on the other hand,by analyzing the realization and characteristics of the compensation,it was found to be a dynamic pressure feed-back compensation.So it can prevent high frequency oscillation transmission between the main stage valve and the pilot stage valve.
