摘要
采用激光加工工艺路线进行烧结钕铁硼磁体的加工,并对比常规加工工艺,研究其对加工能力、表面质量和磁性能的影响。与常规加工工艺相比,激光切割加工展示出了较好的加工异形尺寸和垂直度的能力。激光切割的区域呈现出明显的激光切割纹理,同时由于激光束的高温作用,激光切割区域的NdFeB结构受到了破坏,磁体磁性能会降低。去除激光切割所产生熔渣和激光对磁体磁性能破坏的区域后,磁体磁性能将恢复到正常水平。
Nd-Fe-B sintered magnets were obtained by the laser equipment and using two laser cutting routes.It has been discovered that compared with the conventional cutting process,the laser cutting method shows the better ability of cutting heteroideus size and verticality.The laser cutting area shows obvious laser cutting texture,and due to the high temperature of the laser beam,the NdFeB structure at the laser cutting area is destroyed,and the magnetic performance of the magnet will be reduced.After removing the slag produced by the laser cutting and the area where the laser destroys the magnetic performance of the magnet,the magnet magnetic performance will be restored to the normal level.
