摘要
基于PC工厂生产现况及需求,充分分析生产过程中用工最多、劳动强度最大、效率最低的工序,通过采用标准化BIM设计及机器人自动化控制技术,对该工序进行自动化升级改造,实现设计BIM数据能驱动机器人设备进行自动化装配。
Based on the current production situation and demand of PC factories,fully analyze the process with the highest labor intensity,the lowest efficiency,and the largest number of workers in the production process.Through the use of standardized BIM design and robot automation control technology,automate the upgrading and transformation of the process,and realize the design BIM data that can drive robot equipment for automated assembly.
