兰新客运专线CRH5G型动车组车轮多边形研究

摘要 兰新客运专线CRH5G型动车组镟修后运行8万公里轮对多边形问题频发,由于车轮多边形危害性较大,将会对钢轨和车辆部件的可靠性产生不利影响,因此必须及时通过镟修方式将其控制在标准范围内。分析发现通过TPDS-1设备能及时发现车轮多边形,TPDS-1报警后经测量达到10~18 dB/1μm的车轮多边形占多数,需要跟踪噪声,并提出尽量选择车内跟踪噪声,避免在车内连接处测量噪声,以减少气动等其他噪声影响。TPDS-1报警准确率还需进一步提高,测量时需对报警轮所在转向架的所有车轮进行测量。为了提高测量效率,提出了大批量报警测量使用镟轮车床、零散报警测量使用便携式测量仪的测量方法。 The wheel-pair polygons frequently occur in CRH5G EMU of Lanzhou-Xinjiang passenger dedicated line after being put into service for 80000 km,which will adversely affect the reliability of rail and vehicle components because of the greater harmfulness of wheel-pair polygons,therefore,it is necessary to control it in standard range by turning and repairing in time.Text analysis shows that wheel polygon can be found in time by TPDS-1 equipment,after TPDS-1 alarm,the majority of wheel polygons are measured to be 10~18 dB/1μm,which need noise tracking.It is suggested that the noise tracking should be done in the car as far as possible,to avoid measuring the noise at the joint of the car,and to reduce the influence of other noises such as pneumatic and so on.TPDS-1 alarm accuracy still needs to be further improved,it′s proposed all wheels of the bogie on which the alarm wheel is located should be measured.In order to improve the measuring efficiency,a new method is proposed,which measures the alarm in large quantities by turning lathe and uses portable measuring instrument in scattered alarm measurement.
