铁路隧道衬砌拱部露筋整治工艺研究

摘要 针对某铁路隧道衬砌拱部存在露筋缺陷,通过现场调查提出缺陷整治方案,结合数值模拟计算结果,发现衬砌露筋对支护结构的位移影响极小,主要影响衬砌承载能力,对比分析整治前后衬砌结构的主应力和竖向位移,确定采用该整治方案能有效降低衬砌最大与最小主应力,但对衬砌竖向位移降低效果有限,通过对现场实际工程整治后的效果进行验证,发现该整治方案能避免衬砌外露钢筋锈蚀,可有效消除衬砌露筋所带来的安全隐患,整治方案简单易行,可为类似隧道病害提供参考。 In response to the exposed reinforcement defect in the arch of a railway tunnel lining,a defect rectification plan is proposed through on-site investigation.Combined with numerical simulation results,it is found that the exposed reinforcement of the lining had minimal impact on the displacement of the support structure,mainly affecting the bearing capacity of the lining.By comparing and analyzing the main stress and vertical displacement of the lining structure before and after rectification,it is determined that adopting this rectification plan can effectively reduce the maximum and minimum main stress of the lining,However,the reduction effect on the vertical displacement of the lining is limited.After verifying the effectiveness of on-site actual engineering rectification,it is found that this rectification plan can avoid the corrosion of exposed steel bars in the lining and effectively eliminate the safety hazards caused by exposed steel bars in the lining.The overall operation process of the rectification plan is simple and feasible,and can provide reference for similar tunnel diseases.
