分析全面质量管理提高医务人员手卫生消毒依从性的效果

Analysis on the Effect of Total Quality Management to Improve Medical Staff's Compliance with Hygienic Hand Sterilization

目的分析全面质量管理对于提高医务人员手卫生消毒依从性的效果。方法选取滕州市姜屯中心卫生院公共卫生服务站30名医务人员作为研究对象,按照时间段及消毒方式分组,于2022年1—6月采取常规方式手卫生消毒,记为常规组;于2022年7—12月采取全面质量管理手卫生消毒,记为管理组。对两组医务人员的手卫生消毒依从性、手卫生消毒正确性、院感防控水平评分和管理质量评分进行调研与评测。结果管理组医务人员依从率为94.60%,高于常规组的90.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理组医务人员手卫生消毒正确率为92.28%,高于常规组的85.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理组院感防控水平评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理组管理质量评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取全面质量管理后,有效改善医务人员手卫生消毒意识,提高手卫生消毒依从性和操作正确率,同时显著降低医院的感染风险,进而提升医院防控水平。

Objective To analyze the effect of total quality management on improving medical staff's compliance with hygienic hand sterilization.Methods A total of 30 medical staff from the public health service station of Tengzhou Ji⁃angtun Central Health Hospital were selected as research objects.They were grouped according to time and disinfec⁃tion way,and the hygienic hand disinfection was performed in a conventional way from January to June 2022,setting as the conventional group.The total quality management hygienic hand disinfection was performed from July to De⁃cember 2022,setting as the management group.The hygienic hand sterilization compliance,correctness of hygienic hand sterilization,hospital infection prevention and control level scores and management quality scores of medical staff in both groups were investigated and evaluated.Results The compliance rate of medical staff in the management group was 94.60%,which was higher than that of 90.00%in the conventional group,and the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(P<0.05).The hygienic hand disinfection correctness rate of medical staff in the management group was 92.28%,which was higher than that of 85.49%in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically sig⁃nificant(P<0.05).The scores on the level of hospital infection prevention and control of the management group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The scores of management quality of the management group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the adoption of total quality management,the awareness of hygienic hand ster⁃ilization of medical staff was effectively improved,the compliance and correct operation rate of hygienic hand steriliza⁃tion were increased,and the risk of hospital infection was significantly reduced,thus improving the level of hospital prevention and control.
