摘要
目的探究公立医院突发公共卫生事件实施应急医疗队伍管理模式的可行性。方法选择2020年8月—2022年9月滨州医学院附属医院在职医护人员1340名,根据时间不同记为管理前(2020年8月—2021年8月)和管理后(2021年9月—2022年9月),管理前实施常规管理模式演练,为对照组;管理后实施应急医疗队伍管理模式演练,为观察组。对比两组医护人员应急质量、应急演练考核成绩以及职业使命感。结果观察组医护人员人岗匹配、弹性排班、岗位分层、层级搭配、动态调配评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医护人员理论成绩、操作成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医护人员利他贡献、导向力以及意义和价值评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论公立医院突发公共事件实施应急医疗队伍管理模式能够显著提高本院医护人员应急质量、演练考核成绩以及职业使命感。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of implementing emergency medical team management model for public health emergencies in public hospitals.Methods 1340 in-service medical staff of the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College were selected from August 2020 to September 2022,and noted as before management(Au⁃gust 2020-August 2021)and after management(September 2021-September 2022)according to the time.The conven⁃tional management model exercise was implemented in the before management,setting as the control group.The emer⁃gency medical team management model exercise was implemented in the after management,setting as the research group.Compared the quality of emergency response,emergency drill test scores,and sense of professional mission of the research group and the control group.Results The man-post matching,flexible scheduling,job stratification,tier matching,and dynamic deployment scores of medical personnel after management were significantly higher than those before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of theory scores and practical operation scores of the medical staff in the research group were higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of altruistic contribution,orienting power,and meaning and value of the research group were higher than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Con⁃clusion The implementation of the emergency medical team management model for public emergencies in public hos⁃pitals can significantly improve the quality of emergency response,the performance of exercise assessment and the sense of professional mission of our medical staff.
