摘要
目的分析护理高频不良事件的原因,并实施质控管理措施,观察管理效果。方法选取2022年1—12月南通市海门区四甲镇中心卫生院护理人员40名,质控管理前后各筛选1000例患者,2022年1—6月采取常规管理模式,2022年7—12月采取护理质控管理模式。比较管理前后不良事件发生率及护理工作质量。结果经过归因分析后,采用相关护理质控管理后不良事件低于管理前,各项工作质量评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护理质控管理中对护理不良事件的诱因展开归因分析,明确高频不良事件的发生原因,并制定完善的管理对策,可提升护理工作质量,降低不良事件发生率。
Objective To analyze the causes of high-frequency adverse events in nursing,implement quality control management measures,and observe the management effects.Methods 40 nurses from Sijia Town Central Health Cen⁃ter in Haimen District of Nantong City were selected from January to December 2022,and 1000 patients were screened before and after quality control management.The conventional management mode was adopted from January to June 2022,and the nursing quality control management mode was adopted from July to December 2022.The inci⁃dence of adverse events and the quality of nursing work before and after management were compared.Results After at⁃tribution analysis,the adverse events after relevant nursing quality control management were lower than before man⁃agement,and the scores of all work quality were significantly higher than before management,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In nursing quality control management,conducting attribution analysis on the causes of adverse nursing events,clarifying the causes of high-frequency adverse events,and formulating com⁃plete management strategies can improve the quality of nursing work and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
