消毒供应室管理中开展护理安全管理模式的效果分析

Analysis of the Effectiveness of Nursing Safety Management Model in Dis⁃infection Supply Room Management

目的分析消毒供应室管理中开展护理安全管理模式的效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月湖南省脑科医院消毒供应室同一批工作人员23名为研究对象,2021年1—12月实行传统护理管理模式纳入传统组,2022年1—12月实行护理安全管理模式纳入安全组。对比两组管理效果。结果安全组的管理服务质量评分比传统组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。安全组的物品供应相关时间比传统组更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。安全组的管理满意率比传统组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。安全组的安全隐患报告率比传统组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于传统护理管理模式而言,为消毒供应室工作人员实行护理安全管理模式的效果较好,能够提升管理服务质量,缩短取物时间,提高管理满意率,减少安全隐患报告情况。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing safety management model in the management of disinfection supply room.Methods 23 staff members from the disinfection supply room of Hunan Brain Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.From January to December 2021,the traditional nurs⁃ing management model was included in the traditional group,and from January to December 2022,the nursing safety management model was included in the safety group.Compared the management effectiveness of two groups.Results The management service quality score of the safety group was higher than that of the traditional group,and the differ⁃ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time related to item supply in the safety group was shorter than that in the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management satisfaction rate of the safety group was higher than that of the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The safety hazard reporting rate of the safety group was lower than that of the traditional group,and the difference was sta⁃tistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional nursing management model,the implementa⁃tion of the nursing safety management model for disinfection supply room staff is more effective.It can improve the quality of management services,shorten the time for picking up items,improve the management satisfaction rate,and reduce the reporting of safety hazards.
