PDCA管理模式在烧伤整形美容外科管理中的应用研究

Research on the Application of PDCA Management Model in the Manage⁃ment of Burns Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery

目的探究PDCA管理模式在烧伤整形美容外科护理管理中的效果。方法选取2021年7月—2022年8月山东颐养健康集团莱芜中心医院烧伤整形美容外科护理人员20名为研究对象。实施前(2021年7月—2022年1月)给予传统护理管理,实施后(2022年2—8月)给予PDCA管理模式,对比分析不同护理管理的应用价值。结果实施后的护士核心能力、护理风险事件、管理满意度均优于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将PDCA管理模式应用于烧伤整形美容外科护理管理,可以提升整体护理质量,也有助于提升管理满意度,值得在临床中推荐。

Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA management model in the nursing management of burns,plas⁃tic surgery and cosmetic surgery.Methods The 20 nursing staff of the Department of Burn,Plastic and Cosmetic Sur⁃gery of Shandong Yiyang Health Group Laiwu Central Hospital from July 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects.Traditional nursing management was implemented before implementation(July 2021-January 2022),and PDCA management model was given after implementation(February 2022-August 2022)to compare and analyze the application value of different nursing management.Results The core competencies of nurses,nursing risk events,and management satisfaction after implementation were better than before implementation,and the difference was sta⁃tistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA management model to the nursing management of burn,plastic and cosmetic surgery can improve the overall quality of nursing care and also help to improve manage⁃ment satisfaction,which is worth recommending in the clinic.
