急诊科护理管理中质控小组管理模式的作用分析

Analysis of the Role of Quality Control Team Management Model in Emer⁃gency Department Nursing Management

目的探究急诊科护理管理中质控小组管理模式的作用。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月期间山东颐养健康集团淄博医院急诊内科23名护理人员为研究对象,将2021年1—12月作为对照组,实施常规管理,将2022年1—12月作为观察组,实施质控小组管理模式,研究期间人员无变动。比较两组护理质量、护理问题、管理认可度。结果观察组护理文书书写情况、健康教育质量、护理服务及时性、操作技能熟练度等护理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理问题发生率为0,低于对照组的21.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组管理认可度为95.65%,高于对照组的73.91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将质控小组管理模式应用在急诊科护理管理中,可有效提高护理管理质量,减少护理问题发生率,还有利于提高管理认可度,可广泛应用。

Objective To explore the role of quality control team management model in emergency department nursing management.Methods A total of 23 nursing staff in the emergency department of Zibo Hospital of Shandong Nursing and Health Group from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,from January to Decem⁃ber 2021 as the control group to implement routine management,and from January to December 2022 as the observa⁃tion group to implement the quality control group management mode,with no changes in personnel during the study period.The nursing quality,nursing problems and management recognition of the two groups were compared.Results Nursing quality scores such as nursing writing condition,health education quality,timeliness of nursing service and operation skill proficiency in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing problems in the observation group was 0,which was lower than 21.74%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management recogni⁃tion of the observation group was 95.65%,which was higher than that of the control group(73.91%),and the differ⁃ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the quality control team management model in emer⁃gency department nursing management can effectively improve the quality of nursing management,reduce the inci⁃dence of nursing problems,and also help improve management recognition and can be widely used.
