集中管理模式用于消毒供应室护士对防护意识的影响分析

Analysis of the Impact of Centralized Management Model on Nurses'Awareness of Protection in Disinfection Supply Rooms

目的分析集中管理模式用于消毒供应室护士对防护意识的影响。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月湖南省脑科医院消毒供应室护士50名为研究对象,选取2021年1—12月本院消毒供应室护士25名为传统管理组,实行传统管理模式;选取2022年1—12月本院消毒供应室护士25名为集中管理组,实行集中管理模式。对比两组管理效果。结果集中管理组的综合实力评分高于传统管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。集中管理组管理满意率高于传统管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。集中管理组的风险事件发生率低于传统管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在实行消毒供应室护士管理时,较传统管理模式,集中管理模式管理效果更佳,能够增强护士综合实力,培养防护意识,提高管理满意率,减少风险事件发生。

Objective To analyze the impact of the centralized management model on nurses'awareness of protection in the disinfection supply room.Methods 50 nurses from the disinfection supply room of Hunan Brain Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and 25 nurses from the disinfection supply room of our hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the traditional management group,implementing the traditional management mode;25 nurses from the disinfection supply room of our hospital from January to Decem⁃ber 2022 were selected as the centralized management group,and implement a centralized management model.Com⁃pared the management effectiveness of two groups.Results The comprehensive strength score of the centralized man⁃agement group was higher than that of the traditional management group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of centralized management group was higher than that of traditional management group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of risk events in the centralized management group was lower than that in the traditional management group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When implementing the managment of nurses in the disinfection supply room,compared with the traditional management model,the centralized management model is better.It can enhance the nurse's comprehensive strength,cultivate protection awareness,improve management satisfaction rate,and reduce the occurrence of risk events.
